Disgraceful business, unfortunately I too was another mug that did not read up on reviews before placing an order. Coming up 2 months waiting on a 3D printer part for my daughters machine and get the odd reply to emails saying that they will check in with suppliers and no follow up until i chase them weeks later. Disgusting customer service and no appreciation of repeat business. Would not even give them 1 star if it was an option and certainly wont be letting this go more out of principal than $.
Never ever use this company, they are the absolute worst stay away at all costs, they are a scam they wont ship your order or refund your money or reply to emails, the phone extensions just ring and nobody answers full on scam
After not receiving any tracking information for a week I tried emailing, two days in a row and heard nothing back. So then I started phoning multiple times trying all four of the extensions that were offered and never had anyone answer. Finally, someone emailed me to say that the parcel would be arriving in three days. But a couple of hours after that email, the person who was waiting on the parcel phoned me to say that it had arrived. This level of incompetency in this day and age is inexcusable. So yes, we received the item and the pricing was good but I will not be shopping with this company again.
Ordered Bose Earbuds on 26 December, arrived 31 December, which was the earliest listed delivery date. I must admit i got a terrible fright reading all the reviews here. Sent an inquiry email to the support email address and got a reply within 2 hours. Then the package was delivered soon after.
I gave them 1 star - because there's no lower option. They get a zero from me. Further to the review I wrote a few days ago - I now find that Tech Supply Shed are not located at the address listed on their website. They also do not appear to be NZ-based although they claim to have a NZ distributor. I have now succeeded in getting a full refund through PayPal and will never deal with TSS again. If they aren't a scam then they are hopeless at customer service and delivery on advertised promises.
Similar to others. Goods ordered and paid for on 22 July. Apart from confirmation email no other contact. Phone calls go unanswered. Emails and online contact form also not responded to. It all feels like a big scam. Have now notified PayPal, the Police and my Bank and am seeking recovery of $1,724. Simon
