ooked Nationwide Appliance Repairs for a warranty inspection and had two failed attendances with poor communication.

The first appointment was a no-show with no proactive update — I only found out after chasing it up. Weeks later, I was offered very limited appointment windows that didn’t align with the business hours advertised on their website. I accepted the earliest option available, but the second appointment was also a no-show, again with no proactive communication or clear explanation.

This significantly delayed the warranty process. Improvement needed: proactive cancellations/updates, realistic scheduling, and reliable attendance once a booking is confirmed.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. STILL WAITING FOR RESPONSES AND NO FUNCTIONING OVEN FOR NEARLY 3 MONTHS. I sought the service for a thorough diagnosis of our oven and a quote for repair (or to confirm if replacement would be more economical) on 2 October 2025. Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing, and as of 18 November 2025, we remain without a working oven—now being informed that we must wait an additional 3–4 weeks. The challenges faced include: An incomplete diagnosis, leading to further issues arising after the initial repair. A subpar repair that caused the thermostat safety switch to malfunction. Being without a working appliance for over 2 months now despite having paid in full. Attempts to impose extra charges for additional time the technician spent on tasks that were not quoted and should have been identified during the initial diagnosis. Inconsistent communication among staff and management. Repeatedly waiting for emails and calls, with phone conversations often hard to follow due to poor connections. Being assured of updates “right away”, only to have to follow up days later. I have consistently requested that these issues be addressed, but nothing has been resolved. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. The problem remains unresolved despite full payment for the service. The initial diagnosis pointed out only one issue; however, the repair created a new fault, and the company has not taken responsibility for this situation. For clarity, I was informed by the team that repairing the oven would be more cost-effective than replacing it. That has proven to be untrue. For the amount we have already paid, we could have purchased a new oven similar to this model: We also could have explored several other brands, but relied on the guidance provided by the company—guidance that now seems misleading.
