I made all the arrangements to hire a car in Cyprus and paid in good faith an insurance policy cover that covered the vehicles every scenario. Discover car . Com use the sixth in Cyprus as their representative. When we arrived at the desk to pick up the car we arranged to have we not only they did not have one there , they said to me the insurance cover does not cover any car to be driven on the island and needed to have another insurance cover and told to take it up with discover cars on my return to uk . I end up choosing another vehicle and another insurance cover the whole thing cost us so much money , coming back discover cars were NOT willing to put things Right , they are not a decent company me and my family are not going to use them again , please please do not use them try and find a decent car rental company , they did manage to spoil our holidays .also looking the reviews for the sixth company their sister company in Cyprus the Reviews are pretty awful as well !
Save your money and book with another Car Company they will try to tell you that you need to buy their Car insurance as the insurance you book on line when you book their car is not valid. This is after you already paid for it. Their staff is rude and not helpful if you have any additional questions. I decided when I was there not to book with them as they were being rude. I never got the car and they would not give me a refund. So please do yourself a favor and keep clicking pass these guys. IT"S NOT WORTH IT.
Delpaso Car Hire was the worst car rental experience of my life. We had already been in Spain for a while and booked a car through Discover Cars, which acted as the intermediary. The car could be booked without providing a flight number, but when we arrived they claimed that the arriving flight must be on the same day as the car rental. Why can you even make the booking, if the flight number is mandatory?
Having rented many cars before, I have never encountered a scam like this. Because of this, we were not able to rent the car and lost our money.
I tried to rent a car from this company, they took my money, but because my reservation wasn't showing up, I had to rent from another company. But this company, DiscoveryCars, took my money and isn't giving it back. I'm filing a complaint via email, but they keep sending the same email and not returning my money. They are scammers. Don't rent a car from this company.

I booked a car through this online agency and arrived to the Milan rental car depot only top be told that they had no cars and I was the 3rd person that day booking thought this TERRIBLE platform who booked a car that was not available!!

I booked a car with a help of discover cars in malaga . The renting provider was national. They did non like my document and did not gave me the car. Why?!
4 weeks already left, I am still waiting for money refund. They don’t answer my emails… just automatic replies that I need to wait.

Aniket at am38 car rental Mauritius and the team of crooks happily took a deposit of £400 to not give it back. Receipts of transactions all kept and sent across. Still chasing now and been home a week. Do not use, communication rubbish and currently a bunch robbers owing me money from halfway across the world. I’ll keep you update all updated.
