Item is too small. Not soft not what was advertised. Item is cheap. I received the dog with no screw to hold the battery.No Battery. There was also a round metal in the box . I guess for weight. Very unsatisfied customer.
They were helpful with my questions. Took a bit of emailing back and forth but I believe it was an email address issue. But they answered what I wanted to know. I'm satisfied . They made the effort to keep me happy.
it did not match the advertised descriptions or functionalities. You have to insert two batteries, slide the switch to on that is under the belly, the dog just bounces around on the floor. It is a little bigger than a baseball. A piece of junk. Do not buy.
I'm still waiting. I ordered on Feb 14th. Had to reach out week later never recovered tracking # had not been mailed. Today is Feb 28th grandson birthday was 20th, most likely will return if ever receive. I ordered based on reviews. Now the bad review are there, but not when I ordered. Very disappointed.

As I have put to you before, I made anorder which totalled £51 and I added to it later but not the 2 extra dogs you claimed I had ordered. My bank said you had taken above £200 from my account but I later received word from you that my order had not been completed. My bank says you are a Scam. Please explain, and tell me when I am getting my order.
I liked that the customer service contacted me in like two minutes. Dislikes are like I said, no USB, needs batteries, and all it does is run around in circles barking.

This is the third one ive ordered and have not received a toy that is anything like Wuffy as seen in tv advertising. The first one was Wiggy This one has no name but is exactly like Wiggy. Cheap tiny does not sit or wag tail or walk. Waste of money. The manufacturers didnt like it enough to give it a name just put it in a little green box and ship it off. I wanted this to help me get over griving for my little Chihuahua who died Xmas day after 10 years of being my constant companion. Even learning to ride on the footplate of my wheelchair.
So far I haven't received any info if my package was delivered to Edmonton,Alberta.
Very frustrated after completing my excellent experience with you.

This is the biggest scan. When you order it doesn't tell you the amount is in American $. The site said the payment had failed and it had charged me.
It also set up an automatic payment on my PayPal the order was only for a one off purchase.
The dogs are nothing like advertise they make a terrible sound nothing like a dog.
