I wish I could give them a zero rating. The AI generated dog's advertising is totally deceptive. This is a dog toy that's does not cost more than $10 in a local shop. The size and quality they show in ads is totally different from what we received. My children are so disappointed with what they got. The height of the toy is only 5 inches which is suitable for a 6 month old baby only. How can a young kid and a grown up person can play with such a tiny you. The product quality is poor and has no function. All it does is a squeaking sound when you press the button under this. I am shocked to see how they can openly promote this fake product and fool millions of people. They are playing with children's heart and feelings. I spend $100 to get two wuffy dogs for both of my children because they had been after me for such a long time to get a real dog. I thought this will make them feel like petting an actual dog. I fell into their trap of false advertising. We felt totally deceived and heart broken. I would strong advice you not to buy the product. It's a total waste of money. You can get this toy for $5 at any Kmart. This has no feature at all. This looks so fake. It is aize of a tea mug.

The items I received were not as shown on the website. They are of poor quality and I wouldn't consider giving them to a child due to safety concerns. The ordering process was problematic; I made changes to my color selection and ended up receiving three order confirmations for 12 items instead of the 4 I intended. I reached out to the support team to cancel two orders, but they informed me that those were already prepared for shipping and could not be canceled, yet I was told I could return them for a full refund. Later, I received an email indicating that one order would be delivered, which left me confused since I had been charged for three orders totaling 12 items. Eventually, I noticed that I had been refunded for the other two orders. I attempted to contact support to arrange a return for the 4 items I received but received no response, and the email delivery status now indicates 'inbox full.' I feel deceived and strongly advise others against purchasing these items.
I only gave it one star because there wasn't an option for zero. This is such a disappointment! I can't believe I was excited to receive this, even after the longer-than-expected wait. The only thing it does is malfunction every few seconds with an awful screech. I feel so foolish. I want a refund.
I take the blame for this. You'd think by 62 I'd know better! This product is a scam. Save your money; it's nothing but plastic junk that poses a safety risk for children of any age. It fails to deliver on any of its promises and is not AI related at all. The only AI aspect is the advertisement created to market this deceptive item.
The item I received is nothing like what was shown in the commercial I ordered from. I reached out to the support team, and they instructed me to complete a survey, assuring me that I would receive refund instructions afterward. I followed through, but I haven't heard back since. This feels like a scam. I plan to report this to the relevant authorities for false advertising aimed at misleading consumers. I will also warn my social networks to avoid this company. Extremely disappointed.

I truly hope action is taken regarding all this scamming. It makes no sense at all. I ordered an item for my granddaughter, it took an incredibly long time to arrive, and when it finally did, I chose not to give it to her. Completely misleading, not what was advertised.
I contacted the company regarding a product order, which was supposed to take 7 to 13 days for delivery. When I reached out to customer service, they requested my email, name, and order number. I was given a tracking number from a delivery service, but after speaking with four representatives, I was misled and asked for a supervisor to process a refund, as my package was never picked up by the carrier. Since November 25, 2025, I was informed that there was no supervisor available for me to speak with, and my case was escalated. This situation feels like a scam.
I ordered one item, but was charged for two. Their email bounces back, and phone calls disconnect. The product is not as described and is of poor quality. Fortunately, I used a payment service to get my money back, but they didn’t respond to that either. It feels like a scam, and I would advise others to avoid this seller.
