Not transparent about access. If you don’t keep subscribing, you lose access to your app—and that wasn’t obvious when I signed up. If an ongoing subscription is required to keep access to the app, that should be stated clearly and prominently before purchase. I only found out later that canceling can mean losing access, which felt like a “gotcha” hidden in the fine print. Really disappointed.

They offer a lot to guidance for you on your journey. It is a matter of you taking the time to sit down and really learning it all. Excited to share more with you as we progress. This is our first month.
The biggest problem with Passion is that they market having certain tech features on their platform... that they simply do not have (nor do they plan to add).
When I first purchase this product, I had a fit that none of the push notifications worked. How am I supposed to communicate with my people if they don't get notified of messages or new curriculum?
They ended up giving me 90-days of free service while they fixed *ONE* kind of push notification. As long as you directly tag people, they'll get a push notification.
However, if you drip content and need your people to show up everyday for a 30-day program? You are SOL.
They emailed me several workaround options, however I don't want a workaround. I want a tech platform that does what it say it does and actually works. Apparently that's too much to ask.
Passion has pivoted to now focusing on building AI versions of their coaches, rather than providing the features you are already paying for but will never receive.
I've spoken at length with their leadership team about this and they have no interest in listening to their customers about what our greatest needs actually are. They want to get in on the AI trend and solve a nonexistent problem.

It took several months and required over a dozen testers to evaluate it daily for weeks during that time, and even then, there was no certainty regarding the approval timeline. Overall, I have appreciated everything else about the company.
