Frustrating experience with multiple orders

I placed three orders with the service. The first went smoothly, but the second had a defective item, requiring numerous emails, videos, and pictures to explain the issue before I got a partial refund. For my third order, I received an entirely different product. The complaints team is slow to respond, and I have decided not to order from them again.

Received freezer with incorrect specifications

They sent me a freezer that did not match the specifications advertised on their website, such as 62W instead of 160W, refrigerant R600a instead of R290, and a net volume of 110 instead of 115. When I reached out, they claimed it was a website error, with no apologies, just a blunt "This is it". Additionally, their Black Friday discounts feel misleading; they advertise a month in advance, yet the price remains the same on the day the "discounts" begin. Most of their products are manufactured in China, so you might as well go directly there. The quality of customer care could likely be improved as well.

When I contacted them, they stated it was a website error, with no apologies, just a straightforward "This is it". Furthermore, their Black Friday discounts seem deceptive; they promote them well in advance, but the price stays the same when the "discounts" commence. Most of their products are made in China, so you might as well go there directly. The quality of customer service could definitely use improvement.

Disappointing experience with convection oven purchase

I bought a convection oven for baking purposes and the experience has been extremely frustrating. The oven has been stuck in Recovery Mode for over 7 weeks, and I am still waiting for the software or recovery file to reinstall the system. Despite providing all the requested information, I keep facing delays, excuses, and lack of real solutions. This new oven cost over 4600 EUR and has been completely unusable for weeks, severely disrupting my work. It's unacceptable that such a simple issue – sending a software file – cannot be resolved in a timely manner. The support has been very unprofessional. I do not recommend at all.
