Choosing flooring is a significant choice. After visiting a local store, I found the prices to be quite high and began searching for options to reduce costs. I tried ordering samples directly from manufacturers but found that approach a bit too impersonal. Then, I came across another service. Our assigned representative was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always available to help me obtain samples and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of various products. He never pressured me to make a decision or select something I wasn't comfortable with. Ultimately, we decided on one of their custom-made products, which turned out to be not only more affordable than the larger brands but also of superior quality and aesthetics. My experience was truly exceptional. Purchasing such an important and lasting product like flooring typically feels like it requires an in-person experience, but I can confidently say that the sales process was just as effective, if not better, with significant savings. Even when we faced an issue with the delivery service, the support team was quick to respond and assist. Even after my purchase and installation, the representative remains willing to engage and help. I would recommend this service to any friends or family.
I found this company by chance on a google search and I’m so glad I did! I got my dream floors for cheaper than I found them anywhere else! The customer service was great. Needing flooring is not always a choice. We had a main water pipe burst while my wife and I were in Europe. I did extensive research online to replace our flooring and reached out to Lumberjack Direct. I used the chat assistant on the website with ease and was connected to Erykah. Erykah is the point of contact. She is so proficient, kind, informative, and efficient. I was able to reach out to her on several occasions, and she always was able to solve issues, suggest other solutions. Communication is key to a successful transaction and Erykah’s customer service was impeccable. Lumberjack is doing the right thing, having Erykah as the “face” of the company. I would recommend this company to everyone. Erykah, thank you for doing a stellar job.
I dealt with Erykah pretty much since I first went to your website. She was very very helpful. Erykah explained the differences in the floorings, pointed me to flooring that I was interested in (your website has hundreds of choices) and helped me tremendously through the whole selection and buying process (I’m not computer savvy nor trusting). The flooring is being installed now and so far so good. It looks beautiful 😃I have recommended LumberJack Direct to others that are considering flooring changes and I would not have done that if I wasn’t satisfied with their business manners or products.My only suggestion for improvement would be to make the search feature on your website easier to use 😉
Our project involved 3,000+ square feet of flooring for a new home. Erykah and the Lumberjack team worked really hard to provide great customer service. They were flexible with delivery dates and keeping to our timeline. We received regular tracking updates of where things were. Payment-related matters were handled professionally and without issue.We did have some trouble with one part of our order getting damaged in shipping. Erykah jumped on the problem to work on a resolution and we basically got there in the end. Overall I would buy from this company again and think Erykah, in particular, was a great collaborator.
What led me to Lumberjack was the cost of the walnut engineered wood which was lower than other flooring companies. But the reason why I proceeded to order the material has more to do with the personalized service that I got from Erykah. Our modern world is full of robotic transactions, and direct customer service is, unfortunately, becoming almost rare. Erykah walked me through every step of the way, and gave me sensible and knowledgeable advice. The only disappointment that I found was with the delivery company. My order was very, very heavy, and it was delivered in two huge packages (I’m talking thousands of pounds) and the driver was the only person to bring them up my driveway. How can they have only one person doing this delivery job. I ended up helping the guy, and tipping him generously, but nothing excuses the treatment that the delivery company gives to their employees. I believe that Lumberjack should find a different delivery company to work with.
