The product is excellent quality but the mains lead split with owner wrapping the lead tightly. Found spares were available for the GHD Hair straighteners so ordered. Received the new lead the next day and fitted as instructions. Prices very fair for quality and service.Definitely recommend.

Wow! Incredibly speedy service! Ordered repair Sunday, posted GHD's Monday, notified of full repair details Tuesday, received back Wednesday. Really pleased to have my straighteners back working well, looking great, plus a new cable. Very easy to order & pay. Would recommend and will definitely use this company again... but hopefully not for a while! ;-)
