I sent my GHDs off on Saturday and got them back, completely fixed and working perfectly, today, Thursday. The whole thing took less than a week. The service was absolutely excellent. There was even a really helpful video to show you how to pack the tongs to ensure they were not damaged.
When I placed the order I made a mistake on my email address. Trevor picked this up immediately (on the Saturday) and corrected it for me. They let me know when the repair was completed and when it would be sent back. Everything happened as they said it would, except faster. I can’t recommend GHD Repairs highly enough.

My straightners were 6 months out of warranty and had minimal use so was gutted when the red ring and beep started from nowhere. Found this site and was doubtful if they could’ve fixed . Well within 4 days they were back with me and in full working order - highly recommend wonderful service BIG Thank you !
Excellent, perfect service. I have bought spares from GHD-Repair quite a few times, and have always received them the next day. A really excellent service. Their website is also a hive of information, with troubleshooting articles and videos, helping anyone confident enough, to do their own repairs. Fantastic!
Amazing!! I was desperately trying to find someone to fix my GHDs and most places don’t do the platinum plus models but found this page and they fixed them in no time! Previously repaired straighteners. Failed within year offered a very reasonable repair rate (wasn't anything to do with original repair) both times quick turn around. Called for advice on Air One happy to help talk through a repair I could do at home. All round great bunch to deal with! Don't hesitate to use.
