The teddy bear was lovely

The teddy bear was lovely - just disappointed re the personalised stitching on the paw - was done over the fur and wasnt very clear - had to cut the fur round the stitching to make it more visible

Present for girlfriend

I got it for my girl friend, in-part, as a practical joke. When the 2m bear came it was absolutely massive (not just tall, but super fat)!The quality was impeccible! Great value for money and my girl-friend absolutely loved it. I also bought a large one of Amazon 2 years earlier and the head fell off within two months after falling off the bed! This is probably the only life-sized teddy on the market which is of good quality, and was certainly worth the money!I would certainly recommend!

Unfortunately I shall not be buying…

Unfortunately I shall not be buying again from this company simply because their Customer Service is abysmal. I too bought this to support home made business but clearly they have no effective Quality Assessment as the Teddy clearly had a problem which Customer Service was not interested in rectifying.
