Ordered 2m Big Ted for my godson's birthday. He absolutely loved it ! There was a small issue with the next day delivery option when ordering online but customer service were very quick and efficient in resolving it within minutes. It shows that they really care about the product quality and client shopping experience both! Delivery was made on time and just before the birthday party! We couldn't have asked for more! Highly recommended ! A big thank you to you Big Ted ! 😊

A brilliant company let down by poor delivery.

I have avoided leaving a review because I had a terrible experience with DPD, their chosen delivery company, and didn’t want that to reflect on the seller, but I feel the delivery is a big part of a shopping experience and it is a choice to use that delivery company. The Teddy Bear I bought was great and better than I expected. Buying from BigTed Teddies was quick and easy and there were extra discounts. Also, there was someone to talk to on WhatsApp, which was useful up to a point but ultimately could not help to sort out the delivery problems.
