Really quality product and super fast delivery, even with a personalised name on the bear! We thought about getting a cheaper bear elsewhere but can honestly say it was fantastic value for money. It will last a very long time! Especially love that it is UK made and has a lifetime guarantee. Would definitely order from this company again.
Hi,I ordered it for Valentine's day just one day before and it was delivered on time in the morning. It was really cute. Moreover, following up on the order process through WhatsApp once I tried to be in contact with them directly, and their quick and exact response caused me to be sure about how responsible a company can be. My daughter (age 6) was over the moon with her Big Ted on Christmas Day … she snuggles in bed with it every night. Quality wise though I would say it’s not quite what I’d hoped for the money and the customer service response was poor. After a few days of cuddles her bear’s stitching started to come apart under the arm … I notified customer service and was advised at my cost I could return the bear and pay for the postage back to me! I explained she’d only played with her bear for a matter of days and would expect them to cover these costs as there was a quality issue, but because I’d bought it a couple of months earlier (it was for Christmas!) they said no … we went backand forth and they relented on the return costs but I was still expected to return the defective bear at my cost.I found the customer service attitude to the whole thing to be quite poor.
Son bought a teddy for a xmas present but the gift was unwanted. Contacted the company to explain and said teddy was still in packaging with all tags, but they won't have it back as it is outside of 15 day return period. Who has a 15 day return period over Xmas, especially with all the delivery/postage issues?? Teddy was nice enough but expensive and colours don't really match website.
