Marianne was lovely, and was very patient and walked me through some difficulties I was facing. She helped resolve some miscommunications and was polite and friendly the entire time, honestly I'm inclined to buy another Ted for my girlfriend at the next occasion just because its a cute product, and I have a blast ordering. I am confident any issues will get resolved quickly and that gives me confidence.🙌🏾
I bought this Teddy end of June for my son. A month on and it's already cracking at the seams, with filling pouring out in at least 2 different places.I invested in a big Teddy precisely to avoid this kind of poor fabrication so I'm very disappointedEdit: I wrote to the customer service to mention what was happening, they said they couldn't nor wouldn't do anything about it. Frustrated, I wrote a comment on Instagram mentioning the exchange and the fact that the teddy was ripping apart at the seams, and they blocked me! I'm truly shocked by this absolutely appalling customer service2nd edit: my mum has fixed the seams with pieces of fabric. It looks like they've been stingy on the fabric (which is beautiful btw) as there's very little seam allowance and it's why it's ripping. So I would definitely not say it arrived in perfect condition.Again not sure how it has passed any toy standard as beyond the very bad fabrication there's no lining between the filling and the envelope which means that any child opening the zip can grab and choke on the filling.
