Extremely disappointing experience, would not recommend.

This platform is incredibly frustrating, and I cannot recommend it at all. The quality of the items is subpar, and they do not issue refunds, even if a purchase was not intended. Please, do not fall for their deceptive practices. They seem to thrive on taking people's money with misleading ads, false promotions, and terrible customer service. Overall, I would rate this service a 0 out of 10.

Frustrating experience with refund request.

After I requested a refund, I received an email asking for a positive review in exchange for my refund. That was last week. Yesterday, they charged my account again, causing an overdraft. I am owed refunds for three transactions, plus overdraft fees. I did not consent to this, and I have no understanding of what this service entails. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TOMORROW MORNING!

I received an email after asking for a refund. The email requested that I leave a positive review to get my refund. That was last week. Yesterday, they deducted more money from my account, resulting in an overdraft. I am owed refunds for three transactions, along with overdraft fees. I did not sign up for this, and I’m unclear about the purpose of this service. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TOMORROW MORNING!!
