Item was poorly made

The item I received was poorly made. It had a flimsy piece of cardboard inside. The picture online was incredibly misleading compared to what I actually got. It was meant to be a gift, but I'm too embarrassed to give it. The ornament was a cheap disappointment.

Helpful representative with my order

The representative I spoke with was helpful regarding my order. I wasn't satisfied with how it looked, and she managed to get me 25% back while allowing me to keep the ornament. I wished for a larger refund, but that was the most she could do.
