Hello, first of all, I'm giving you 1 star, and why only because you send parcels with Post.nl, which flies like a balloon, drives up to the house, waits for 2 minutes, then drives away and jumps out with an e-package. It will arrive the next day. I suggest you change your delivery service to DHL and remove Post.nl from your offer altogether, because this is not the first time I've reported this to the police. I hope you'll reconsider, because the monitor was supposed to be a gift today, and a certain person won't receive it... thank you very much!!!
I ordered a BenQ Zowie monitor. After 1-2 days of use, a stripe appeared on the screen. Apparently, it was a defect. I returned it and received a replacement within a couple of days. Good service.

I wouldn't suggest this store unless you have ample time to spare. There are constant issues with deliveries: packages go missing, and couriers claim you're not home. It's a chaotic situation. This isn't just a one-time occurrence; there's always something going wrong. The salesperson mentioned they can't control the courier service and are aware of the potential issues, yet they continue to work with them...
Return costs are the customer's responsibility. This practice won't create loyal customers. I certainly won't return if I have to pay to send back something that wasn't satisfactory. I dislike supporting large corporations like others, but unfortunately, shopping with them is much safer and avoids hassle and costs if you're unhappy with your purchase. I regret choosing this shop.
