We ordered an in store item at a competitive price. Everything was ready for collection on time. We were really pleased with the service we received and the quality of the overall experience.
We purchased a washing dryer and inquired about any height differences, only to be informed they were all the same, which led us to buy a model that ultimately didn't fit due to its height. To exchange it for one that did fit, we faced a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee of £90. I returned it to the store at no cost to the seller, but during discussions, I found out that the heights actually range from 830mm to 850mm, indicating we received incorrect information. After 25 years of purchasing all my electrical appliances from this seller, I believe this will be my final purchase.

A true family run business established in Gloucester in 1969 by Erika and John Gillman.
Annabelle and Robert Gillman, the second generation of the Gillman family are the current owners/directors of the business.
Gillman’s operate a large retail showroom in Gloucester, a second retail showroom in Ross-On-Wye and also a brand new commercial showroom in Exeter.
We pride ourselves on product knowledge, customer service and being a truly family run independent business employing 85 people as of July 2024.
