No Delivery and No Response

I placed an order before Christmas and received my last tracking info on 24/12/25. That was 12 days ago. I have sent numerous messages and emails, all of which have been ignored. If I do not hear back soon or if my order is not delivered, I will have to request a chargeback from my card. I wanted to believe this wasn't a scam, but my suspicions are growing.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! If I could give zero stars, I would! I ordered trainers that turned out to be fake, as the sizing is completely off. I attempted to return them via email but was told they do not accept returns or exchanges! Their site claims a 30-day money-back guarantee with easy returns, which is false; THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS!! They even block you on social media for leaving negative comments and ignore your emails! I will be reporting them to the relevant authorities!

Misleading and Deceptive

I ordered two pairs of shoes, and neither looks like what was advertised. I reached out multiple times to process a return but received no response. I tried calling the number on their website, but it just rings and goes to voicemail. Their so-called 24/7 customer service is a joke! When they finally replied to my email, they claimed they do not accept physical returns and only offered a 50% coupon for another purchase. This contradicts what their website states about exchanges and returns within 30 days. This company is misleading and fraudulent. I want my money back and will never buy from this site again!
