Review Time
I placed my order on Jan 29th, 2026. Today is March 19th, and the order status is still "In production". I called customer service 3 times and sent several emails. In one of their responses, the customer service assured me that they had contacted the production team and promised to chip the order "next week" (3 weeks past since then). I have doubts that I will ever receive the order.
I am going to post an update to this review accordingly to what will happen to my order in the nearest future.

I had a great experience. While they did take about 3 weeks to arrive, I LOVE the Blue Oxford shoes and they fit perfectly. Sumptuous color and they appear to be well made (I am no expert). Makes me sad to see the bad reviews, I give them 5 stars and have ordered 2 more pair.
This is an absolutely terrible experience, and I strongly warn everyone: do not order from Girotti.I ordered my shoes on 05.12.2025. Today is 14.01.2026 and the order is still stuck on “In production.” No update, no movement, no progress. More than a month and nothing has happened. That is simply unacceptable.I wrote them several emails. Their answers were useless. No clear delivery date, no real explanation, no solution. Just empty replies that feel like copy-paste. Once they take your money, they clearly don’t care anymore.This is unprofessional, disrespectful, and dishonest. If you cannot deliver, then say it. If you are late, then communicate properly. Girotti does neither.I regret ordering here more than anything. It’s stressful, frustrating, and a complete disappointment. I feel ignored and disrespected as a customer.My clear advice: never buy from Girotti.ch. Save your money, save your time, and save your nerves. There are many other shops that actually deliver and treat customers seriously.
I requested the cancellation of my order before it was shipped, but the company refused. The shoes were sent anyway and the size is completely disproportionate, with poor quality for the price paid.They are now refusing a refund while ignoring my prior cancellation request and only offering store credit or exchanges. This is not reasonable.I am requesting a full refund and do not recommend this store.
The skin is of very poor quality, the sizes are either too small or too large, and the circumference of the upper leg does not correspond to the size. And the worst thing is, you can't return it if you don't like it, but only a replacement or a gift card! I am very dissatisfied and deceived, because on the website it is written that it is possible to return!
