The website says that returns and exchanges are free, but this is not true. They say that you can't return it because they make it to order, but I ordered a standard size and making new ones half a size larger costs more, so the refusal to return the money is surprising. The quality is not very good for this price. They answer emails in a week. I can't get a shipping label. I don't recommend ordering from this company.

Horrible. DO NOT SHOP OR BUY from this rip off shoe maker. They cannot make a proper sized shoe becauwe they either lack the skills or just don't care at all, and it's really $$$. Customer service gaslights and lies. They should KICKED out of business ASAP! DO NOT TRUST. DO NOT BUY. I cannot stress this enough. Do not be fooled by the nice pictures. They're a fraud!
The most God awful experience ever! From start to finish.I cannot go into too much detail as tired with it, but basically - customer service absolutely dreadful, and understanding with regard to breach of contract and communication even more dreadful! Thank God my credit card company took this up, and there were strange claims from this company that were clearly outrageous! Sorted! Not sure how to update but just received something from you Trust Pilot from this company!My credit card company is dealing with them and have refunded to me the amount I paid.To summarize - I could not get information needed immediately after ordering. Communication is abysmal.The main point though is that the shoes have NEVER been delivered. My credit card company and I saw that the shoes were last traced to Belgium customs and excise! They have feigned that I did not give them the right address even - again my address was correct. The worst customer service conduct ever experienced; I have never experienced anything like it or their attitude.I have also just emailed you Trust Pilot, to find that the email address does not exist! Worried indeed. Please reassure?
Complete scam company - literally the worst purchase I’ve ever made . Cheap / defective shoes , deceitful practices . Their return policy is a blatant lie !!! Do not purchase from this fraudulent company , wish I would have done my home work and look at all the negative reviews .
