The shoes are in perfect quality and…

The shoes are in perfect quality and they look great. As a size 43 they are somewhat too big, whereas a 42 would have been risky for being too small. I guess that's the problem with buying shoes online, especially when they are ordered into production.

Much better than expected

Ordering process is good, I think the simulation in the shop works pretty well although user experience can still be improved (make it more simple).Delivery was surprisingly fast (2 weeks). I received regular updates about the status of my order (when the shoes got manufactured, when they got shipped, etc.) Honestly, I was a bit concerned given the quite mixed satisfaction picture (to put it friendly) from the reviews. Anyway, the shoes are in good quality (not top though), both material (soft) and manufacturing.

good shoe, bad delivery!!

The shoes are great. Just the delivery wasn't so good. You didn't write it right so custom did take them and then write us to send the bill and only then we got them. That was sad, because we would have needit before....

Truffatore bad company

Many times asked them a simple question on instagram and they too stupid to answer it. Their english is poor, what a desaster and they are italian ? A shame for every family.And my shoes tooks over the 2 weeks. They wrote that's shoes dont need more as 2 weeks, but now we have still 3 weeks. If I dont get the shoes until this week I will complain VISA and take my money buy back!
