After giving them my measurements, they messaged me telling me that their fitting specialist recommended a different size for me so I went with what they said. The suit ended up being too small for me and unwearable. The suit was also very poor quality for being that expensive. They didn't let me return it either. Stay away from Viossi. You've been warned!
The quality of their suits is very poor. Thin material and poor fit. Thin lining. Initially customer service was good until we requested a refund or actually exchange. They refused as a “button was broken” when in fact it was not when we sent it back. The quality is very poor. Despite paying for their “RE-DO” they didn’t accept the return. We are stuck with a cheap quality suit that cannot be worn that cost 400 bucks. Very very poor customer service. Do not fall for this scam.
Honestly the only thing this company has going for it is beautiful, well made, products. Everything else is quite frustrating. Customer service is not existent. No one ever answers the phone. These tuxedos are the smallest "slim fit" I've ever tried on in my life, I have 17" arms (which is average) and there is just no way to move them in these sleaves. This product is meant for toothpicks, if you are of average build or lift any kind of weights, do not order unless you want to try 3 sizes larger and risk paying a 20% restocking fee.
I normally ware a 44L, I ordered a 46 because the tuxedo came in slim. Needless to say the suit was still too tight. I’m having to spend another 120.00 buck on alterations and go on a diet before my event just to wear it. Could have returned it, and paid a 20% restocking fee plus and return shipping cost. I chose to keep the suit in that the total cost was about the same. My opinion, these suits are designed for slim folks only.
When you see good quality on the internet without seeing it in person. It never look how you want it when you put it on. I was amazed on how it looked in person and when I tried it on. The fit was perfect and the look was awesome. I made the right choice and the delivery was quick
