I have paid in for well over a year but had to cancell a svc as was on holiday I now have to wait till February for annual visit they will not come saying busy over Christmas period . They will only come where I live if they have numerous svcs it a disgrace I have paid all that money for nothing

When you have a service your engineer not only cures any problem you have but future proof s your boiler against problems you might have in the future by guessing what might go wrong and replacing the possible ageing part's

Excellent. Liam called ahead to advise me he was 10 mins away from flat. He actually arrived before that. He was nice and pleasant. No problems with boiler.

Dan was great

Fantastic Company.

Fantastic Company.I have been with Gledhill for a good few years. The supply and fitting of my Hot Water Cylinder was great and are the only Company I would reccomend. The Maintenance and yearly health check service is brilliant and keeps you at ease and guarantees your Cylinder is working perfectly.

I found Gledhill Technical Team (Sue) to be very helpful and considerate, liaising with Gledhill Response/Scheduling Team with follow repair visits. The field engineer (James) always on time, attentive and considerate when we asked questions about our HW repair. When I had queries arising post visit, Gledhill were still available to consult with. So far, a good experience.

Annual Service to Hot water system

Annual Service.The engineer arrived in good time. He was polite and helpful and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I pointed out a problem with the Booster. Although repair did not come as part of the service he told me he would let the company know in order to arrange for a repair visit.

Routine Gledhill 'Pulsacoil check'

Polite, respectful and approachable engineer called, told me what he was going to do and quietly conducted his checks and tests. He told me later what he had corrected, what to be aware of and what could occur in future.I was pleased that 'Ed' had been and felt reassured that the water heater/boiler was safe.
