Kavan from Gledhill Response attended recently regarding two plumbing issues. He was very knowledgeable, experienced, thorough and effective, resolving both problems in one visit, despite having to wrestle with badly limescaled taps which he replaced unhesitatingly. He was patient as well as purposeful, communicative about the work and courteous throughout.
Luke attended our home 07Oct 25 and discovered the boiler was leaking. He has visited us before and has exceptional knowledge and communication. He explained and showed me what the issue was. He then went on to fix the issue. I can only say how impressed I was at his efficiency. Luke is a credit to Gledhill and recognises the importance of not only customer care but also the brand he represents. I would like him to be recognised for his consistent effectiveness and efficiency.
It was my father's property and because of my work commitments i couldn't be there with him. He has Vascular Dementia and gets very confused but Gledhill informed me of everything that was going on at every stage so I could relay that back to my father and put him at ease. Thank you all who were involved
Dan attended today to fix a faulty valve in my new boiler. He called beforehand to give me his eta and on arrival was pleasant and efficient. He talked me through the fault and repair and gave me extremely useful advice about a missing cap. Thanks Dan - great job
I want to highlight the excellent work of Vince, who was absolutely brilliant, efficient, quick, clean, and clearly very knowledgeable. He knows exactly what he’s doing, and his professionalism made a huge difference. Five stars to him!Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the company he works for. They cancelled my appointment twice, and despite calling on Monday for an emergency repair, they only managed to send someone on Thursday. That’s simply not acceptable.If the company doesn’t have enough staff to handle the workload, they should hire more people rather than keep telling clients they received “700 calls in one day.” That kind of comment isn’t reassuring — we all work and understand pressure, but what matters is being able to meet the client’s needs, not making excuses.So, while Vince deserves all the praise, the company’s organisation and customer service really need serious improvement
