Thank you Gledhill Technical (Sue!! Your the best!!)

We had a few years of hot water issues from our electric boiler and Gledhill tank. Several plumbers and electricians came and "fixed the issue" only for it to return within months, sometimes weeks.Upon some advice to replace the tank, I called Gledhill and talked to a lovely, well advised patient lady named Sue.She talked me step by step through a trouble shooting guide, and eventually told me to remove the tank thermostat, pull out the probes further from the stat box and replace the stat to the tank, I did so whilst she patiently answered my questions on the end of the line.This 20 minute call has fixed the issue and saved us several hundreds of pounds!!
