I ordered an advent calendar on October 26th, and as of December 4th, it still hasn't arrived. I've received no response to my latest inquiry about its whereabouts! The service has been absolutely terrible.

Poor quality product!

Very disappointing purchase! I bought two advent calendars, and several days were missing. The ones that had items were just flat plastic shapes. I tried reaching out to the support team but received no response—definitely avoid this!

Would rate lower if possible

If I could, I would rate lower. The advent calendar was falsely advertised. Most windows were empty, and the few items were cheap, flimsy plastic that weren't 3D. Delivery took over a month, and I received no response from customer service regarding a refund. Not worth the £29 spent and very disappointing for my child. DO NOT BUY.

Received completely different dolls

I ordered two dolls that were supposed to be 'Elf on the Shelf.' What I received didn't resemble the advertised product at all. Now I have two dolls worth about $1.25 each, not the $20 I paid. I can't gift these. Stay away from this seller.
