Did not advertise that "All SALEs ARE FINAL" Top was too small and they would not take back. Just wanted the next larger size.
They're prices are nothing special, just google the product and have others match the price. There are plenty of reputable companies out there
First purchase with them did not go well. Bought a pair of billini heels. Box showed up majorly damaged. 1 heel I could tell was tried on at some point because it was not packaged nicely like the other heel. I asked for a exchange because I think I have a valid reason to want one regardless of their return policy, and they only offered 10% refund and said the box was only "minor" when it's major damage.
So far not happy with their customer service, and would be nice if they did accept returns and do exchanges.
I placed an order on 01/05/26, and while a shipping label was generated the next day, as of 01/18/26, the package has not yet been handed over to the shipping service. I've reached out multiple times to the support team, but none of my emails have received a response. I plan to dispute the charge with my credit card tomorrow.
I ordered my usual size in a shoe I've had in the past. Upon opening the box, I could tell they wouldn't fit, but I tried them on anyway. They feel more like a size 10/10.5, and the toe box appears to be different. Could they be counterfeit? It's hard to say. What I do know is that 'all sales are final,' and I received a poor product! I reached out via email and phone, but received no response.
I ordered a large men's sweatshirt and it appears to be irregular, as the neck was poorly constructed. The front is much higher than the back, and there’s a gap of 3-4 inches from side to side. I've had similar sweatshirts before, and this is not the expected fit. Unfortunately, they have a policy of no returns, so if you receive a defective item, you're out of luck. Be cautious with this online retailer; they seem to sell faulty or irregular products.
They do not clearly state that there are absolutely no returns or exchanges on their website. I would have never gambled on $170 boots if I knew there was no option to exchange. I love the boots but they are WAY to tight and I will never be able to wear them and they refuse to exchange them. What a big waste of money
I puchased the Taos - Women's Covertawool Clog in size eu40...when I googled what is comparable in eu sizes to us10 in Women's shoes it said either eu39 or eu40 depending on style...I ordered eu40 to make sure it was big enough and it was EXTREMELY SMALL...when I called to exchange they told me it was on Final Clearance and was not returnable or could not exchange....NOWHERE did it say it was a FINAL CLEARANCE item....will never order again.
