Avoid this service!! There is no customer support, and the provided phone number is fake. I ordered a hoodie on 8/20, and my account was credited within two days! However, the hoodie didn't arrive until 10/7. I emailed them multiple times, only to receive the same response: "It's on the way," without any tracking details. When it finally arrived 2.5 months later, it was covered in black specks and pilled like an old item. This was a terrible experience for a $65 hoodie.
