I would like to say that I ordered the wrong size and I emailed them and within 3 minutes they had changed it to the right size and emailed me back. I haven’t even received my stuff yet but from the service I have got I am sure it will be great 😁😁😁
Very disappointed in the communication process trying to file a warranty claim on a tennis necklace i purchased and has broken. I have sent all the info needed, yet I keep getting AI generated emails requesting the same thing over and over. There is no phone number to call just strictly emails is so annoying
