Even in India, local consignments are not delivered at this speed. I don’t normally write reviews but after reading so many bad ones I thought I’d write mine!People are always quick to leave a review when they’ve had a “bad” experience or are not satisfied, but when you’ve had a good service the reviews seem to be rare with ANY company!I find this so unfair!I had a parcel today,It arrived at London Heathrow late last night and I received it by 2pm the next day!I order quite a few products from overseas and Global India with DHL always seem to be the carrier, I have nothing but positive reviews for every delivery I’ve had! It shocks me it delivered so soon after reaching the uk!The tracking is amazing, love all the shipment updates! The customer service team on the phone are nothing but polite, proffesional and courteous!!!!!!5/5 service today and on every parcel I’ve received! The only suggestion I would like to make is compared To other big uk carriers, they have a live tracking feed on the drivers stops, I would love this for DHL! It would be so much better! But this is a suggestion not a negativeBest of luck GIE team you people are amazing 😉
I lost my two pkg of 25 Kg, having valuable items , it was sent from Delhi to London,through Global India express, not delivered. Global India express ,highest person ,is not able to trace it . PL help me what to do, it has original educational documents and other valuables .
I had lost my camera at the Delhi Airport, and saw that it had been turned in. I contacted Global India Express in Delhi, they arranged to have the camera picked up and delivered to my home in the USA, in spite of the various obstacles presented by the COVID lockdown. They even uploaded my pictures to a Google site to ensure I would have them while waiting for the camera to arrive. I would recommend this company for their extraordinary service
