I have not received my package so far, and when i try to contact the company there is no response neither on phone nor email.Also when you try and complain their page doesn't work.
Hello everyone I WOULD LIKE TO WRITE IN BOLD LETTERSPLEASE DONT DO ANY COURIERS WITH THE GLOBAL INDIA EXPRESS.THEY ADVERTISE THEY ARE GIVING 40 TO 50% OFF AND 280 PLUS GST TO SOME COUNTRIES LIKE LONDON.AND THEY HAVE DIFFERENT NUMBERS WHERE EACH PERSON WILL GIVE YOU DIFFERENT RATE.EVEN IF SOME ONE WOULD ASSURE YOU FOR THE ABOVE RATES.LAST MOMENT THEY WILL NOT SHOW UP.THEY WILL DEMAND FOR DOUBLE RATES ONLY THEN THEY WILL COME.VERY RUDE PEOPLE WHO COME TO COLLECT YOUR STUFF.FEW MONTHS BACK I DID A COURIER WITH THEM AND THEIR WEBSITE SAID 280 PLUS GST BUT THEY CHARGED 550WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM THEY SAID WEBSITE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND THE RATES ARE NOT VALID.TODAY ALSO WHEN I BOOKED A COURIER WITH THEM. EVEN AFTER A CONFIRMATION ON 280 PLUS GST THEY DENIED FROM DOING THE COURIER AND DEMANDED FOR MORE MONEY.SO EVENTUALLY THEY LEAVE YOU NO WHERE.PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH A LADY WHO ALWAYS PICKS UP YOUR CALL AND SAY THE RATES ARE DOUBLE.
I had the worst experience with global india. I had sent me stuff from India to Canada. And when I received my package some of the items were missing and when I questioned about it they were not giving me a proper answer. The customer support is so lacking plus bunch of thieves who took out my good stuff and blamed it on customs when clearly I have the proof of objects sent by them. They are not ready to agree. Don't send your things via them they are just going to steal your good things.
These are frauds. When we enquire they tell low price and after booking they tell 5times more price. And after paying the amount on tracking I see that the parcel is half of the weight. They replace my costly parcel with something else. When I report them in what's they told to contact customer care. When we call customer care, noone receives the call. Now I understood that this courier service is a big scam and fraud. They are doing illegal things in the name of courier services. I was surprised by the positive reviews but I got it that cheaters and frauds can make fake reviews also. I ll file an FIR with this company soon. Let them show what common people can do.
