I send medicine to US from Ville Parle Mumbai and got good service as never taken like this one. They collected courier from my home and pack that and delivered in California in 4 days without any custom issues as they Cleared it from custom too. Really appreciate the service and will make Global India Expresa for our family courier partner.
Hi my name is shibu I had send a parcel from Bangalore to uk and I received on time ,but all the products were damaged and they said they will do packing individually for all items but nothing was done ,they just dumped all the items in one box and sealed it,there was coffee powder and pepper and their packaging broke and damaged whole stuff,, these people from support team just send a email back saying that they can't do anything about it ,, total dissatisfied

I wouldn’t even give this company a single star. Their website claims complete responsibility for customs clearance, but their actions and words are contradictory. Their staff is incredibly irresponsible, unprofessional, dishonest and rude and impolite. Due to their negligence, my packages have been stuck with US customs for the past two months, and they’ve even disposed of them. This company, its staff, and the owners are utterly irresponsible for not acknowledging their mistakes and providing any information about my packages. They’ve been lying from the very beginning. Which shipping company on earth doesn’t have a direct contact base with custom departments in other countries is beyond my comprehension. And that’s what they have been telling me.!!!The owners are so irresponsible, @kundan sinha, Roushan Sinha, and their third partner didn’t even have a courtesy to response to the customer’s email even after mentioning them in the email to find a direct answers from them.Pramod, priya, “so called support team”.. I don’t know what they have been even hired for?Tariff policy was changed recently in the US, that’s understandable but because of not taking the prompt action by the support team of this company in providing all the necessary information to the US Customs before the deadline when asked repeatedly by them, the customs held my packages and now have disposed them off. The packages hold a great sentimental value and very expensive items (34K JUST FOR SHIPPING WITH 3LKHS WORTH ITEMS) but these highly unprofessional company has messed it up!!!!!BIG SHAME ON YOU GUYS!! ******People may have had a good experience with this company but I strongly recommend to once consider lowest reviews before hiring them for your expensive and exclusive items to ship overseas if you’re new and looking to ship your stuff.*******THEY ARE A COMPLETE FRAUDSTERS. BEWARE OF THEM.
