I had a very frustrating experience with Jomashop. I ordered Bond No. 9 Lafayette Street and waited TWO months for it to arrive. It never shipped, never arrived, nothing. I had to cancel the order not once, but twice.

On top of that, their customer service is awful. The representatives were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in resolving the issue. Instead of providing solutions, they just gave vague responses and made the whole process even more frustrating.

Waiting two months for a fragrance that never ships is unacceptable. Having to cancel twice is ridiculous. And being treated poorly by customer service is the final straw.

I will not be ordering from Jomashop again, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Save your time and shop elsewhere.

I ordered from Jomashop, and although the tracking status shows 'Delivered,' I never received the package. I immediately contacted their support team and provided all the necessary details. Initially, they acknowledged the issue, but it has been 3 weeks since then, and they have completely stopped responding to my emails.

I have tried to follow up multiple times with no success. At this point, I have neither my item nor my refund. Ignoring a customer's legitimate claim regarding a missing order is completely unprofessional. I highly recommend avoiding this site – their customer service is non-existent. Order at your own risk!

No exageration, almost as if they are selling knock offs as real. The Angel perfume stinks like eucalyptus.
The sauvage stinks.
The Jean Paul la male, stinks!
They smell like a sweaty locker room. Groce! I can't believe I wasted my money!
Somebody needs to check on jomashop, cuz they are ripping people off.

Extremely disappointing and rude service

I placed an order for a watch from Jomashop in November as a holiday purchase. Shortly after, I was informed there was a problem and they couldn’t fulfill the order at that time but were working on resolving it. I patiently waited, only to be told more than three months later that they could not fulfill the order at all and would simply refund my money.

As compensation, they offered a $50 promotional code that couldn’t be combined with any other offer. When I attempted to use it, their website automatically applied a similar discount, making the code unusable. Customer service refused to assist and responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, even stating they had many other customers to deal with.

Waiting three months for a cancellation, then receiving a practically unusable promotion, shows a lack of accountability and respect for customers’ time. Extremely disappointing service

I tried contacting them several times via chat and email, with no response before my order was shipped. I spoke with Cristian in customer service whom was very rude and sassy. He stated, “first of all we don’t respond to email or chat we only respond to calls.” Well what’s the point of having the option of chat or canceling an order on your website. If I could give no stars I would. Between his subpar customer service, I don’t care sassy attitude and lack of response from anyone via email or chat I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS SITE AGAIN.

I recently purchased a Rolex Batgirl from Jomashop and wanted to share my experience—especially regarding the service I received from the representative, Ryan.

From the start, Ryan was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable about the product lineup. He took the time to answer all of my questions in detail, provided accurate information about the watch’s condition and warranty, and made sure I felt comfortable with the purchase before moving forward. His communication was prompt and courteous throughout the entire process.

The watch arrived exactly as described—brand new, well-packaged, and in perfect working condition. Shipping was fast, and the presentation exceeded my expectations. It’s clear that Jomashop values both product quality and customer satisfaction.

First problem since ordering fragrances from Jomashop. I received a clearly used fragrance with some damage to the atomizer. I followed the procedure to have it returned without being charged. I received an email from James with further instructions to provide pictures which I did and now I am being ignored. Something is going on with usual trustworthy sites shipping out fakes and damaged fragrances. I guess I’ll contact my bank and just purchase right from the fragrance house if jomashop knowingly sends out used and fake items then ignores me.

Jomashop refused my return despite me following their proceedure. After 20 minutes a gentleman answered phone. He was the rudest c.s. person I have worked with in 60 years. Refused to tell his name, refused to get a suspervisor, and repeatedly interrupted me, saying if you would stop interrupting me.... Totally condescending, accusatory, rude, didn't send follow up e-mail as stated. On hold again because of his incompetency and impatience ("This call is over 2 minutes so I am going to hang up."

DO NOT BUY FROM JOMASHOP!!

I ordered a Rolex watch and was promised it would ship the next business day. However, after I completed the bank transfer, I was informed that processing my order would take up to a week due to their internal security policy. I was reassured not to worry and told that my watch was on hold and simply needed additional processing time.

After waiting more than a week with no shipment, I was then told that my “reserved” watch had been sold to someone else. They admitted it was their mistake and promised to source an identical replacement and ship it the next day. Unfortunately, that promise was not fulfilled either.

I am still dealing with this situation and will update this review as it develops.
