Extremely bad courier service

Extremely bad courier service. it has been 1.5 months and my shipment has not reached. Nobody picks the phone and if they ever do they take no responsibility. Avoid at all cost. better not to ship rather ship with them.

Very Very poor courier services…

Very Very poor courier services globally as well as in India. The customer support team is also rude and least bothered about customer satisfaction . I sent a package through this comapny’s courier services to USA on 8-03-2022 and the reciever did not recieved the package till date and their customer care team didnt respond over call as well as other communication medium. I request to each and every body to disown this company and not use their services

This company effectively stole my items…

This company effectively stole my items - do not deal with them EVER. They gave no information on shipping restrictions, and then when items were held by customs awaiting documentation, they took 3 months to respond via email after constant haranguing on my part. No items, no documentation, no professionalism. Disgusting.

Pathetic service .. never book this

Its 23rd day and i have no idea where is my packet .. i booked for india to canada and today on 22nd feb they are saying it is in mumbai . God knows when it will reach to canada ... Seems they wil take more than 6 months to send my packet Trust me if you dont want tension and delay .. never book this courier service .Its better to pay 200- 300 extra to other courier companies

Suspense and no proper response for shipment whereabouts

I shipped 3 boxes with our clothes to US on Jan 28th. We were told that shipment will reach us in 7-10 days. It has been 18 days and we have not received it.Web site says delay in Customs clearance, customer service says shipment held at Customs in Germany??When asking why Germany, shipment was destined to USA, no one answers it and no one tells when we are going to get the shipment of our clothes.

My parcel to Germany from Delhi took just 5 days!

I had handed over my courier at Ghaziabad on 21st January i.e. Friday. They booked it on 23rd. I was told the delivery to Germany will take 10-12 working days. Fair enough. I was delighted when my daughter in Munich, Germany confirmed me the receipt of Parcel on 28th of Jan. Just 5 days! That was way too fast. Super fast delivery, no damage. Safe n Sound! Thanks Global!
