ZDFSNAZ9You asked about the door code. I gave it to you in 3 different ways. system, sms and phone. nothing.Then, after a week, you said there is no address (?!) - also gave it to you. nothing. Contacted customer service (2? 3 times?)- no reply. After two weeks of this, I got two emails: 1. that "according to my wishes" I can pick it up in Vitry, 1h away from me (no, this was never my wish), and another suggesting that the package is on the way back already. Good, I didn't go for the Vitry expedition! Or not?So, I think something is wrong with your tracking system, or someone is pushing tickets without reviewing them properly, or maybe you got hacked, because this is a serious mess of a delivery process.
GLS emailed me that a package was out for delivery, took the day of work as it was important. Didn't arrive. Checked the website and it said that they didn't leave the package as no one was home. That was totally untrue. A lieCalling and emailing Customer Service yields nothing. They don't care.7 days later they don't know where the package is, the driver is "not responding"Two more deliveries have disappeared. The sooner GLS go out of business the better. They are a liability
I had an order of pet supplies being delivered by GLS to my home in Ireland. Although GLS had my correct EIR Code they delivered the parcel weighing 25 kg to one of my neighbours houses about 100metres away. Fortunately my neighbour called me to tell me my parcel was there.There is no excuse as each house in our road has a different EIR code and our house name was on the order and on the gate to our drive.I have emailed GLS but have had no response. I have complained to my pet supplies company in the hope they can instruct GLS to deliver to the right address next time.
What a joke. Your team needs to understand no-showing booked calls and pretending it was a booking conflict is not acceptable. I moved actual recent calls around for this. Your team had no problem calling me more than once to confirm an and the make sure I clicked to confirm my call. And then they no show. The only reason anyone over there even told me was because I emailed her. Not one word! And then you all had the balls to try and take more time in my schedule without asking me first. What a joke.
As a Car dealer we’ve had lots of positive feedback from our customers as the AA name is well known in the industry. My rep Katrina has been very helpful setting us up and it’s important that the warranty is as good as the car buying experience as it’s the back end of the business and customers need to be looked after. I also like the fact that any warranty purchased comes with a 12 month breakdown cover. 👌
