The delivery driver, who arrived in an Enterprise van, didn't even bother to knock at the door or ring the bell. Instead, he left a medium size cardboard box at the side of my front door. Luckily it wasn't raining today. My security cam caught all the inaction and I had to ring my neighbour to retrieve the box for me so that it wasn't either stolen or weather damaged.If I could score this idiot zero, I would.Furthermore, I paid Range £6.99 for next day delivery which, thanks to DHL actually took FOUR days!
gave me a time frame and the courier kept to it, I could follow the driver on the link I was sent. it was very helpful for me rather than not knowing when the parcel will be delivered, especially if one works and it out of the premisesthank you for making it easier
DHL sent me email that my delivery estimated date is 12.01.26. I received email that delivery is due today on particular time but it never happened. Instead i received call from the "office " that van is broken down and they'll come first thing next day in the morning but it never happened. Instead i received email "we missed you". No notes in mail box, no photo proof of my door. Me and my partner working from home , so we are home every day. So since first day and next 4 days I was receiving emails every day in wich they were confirming that delivery is coming "today from ** until ** EVERY DAY same email with different time of delivery. On 13 and 14.01.26 DHL started to tell me than my address is incorrect which was another lie, so I was keep waiting. Finally I received my parcels on 15.01.26. Four days of waiting "today's delivery and receiving lies in emails and phone calls is too much. Shameful service!
Still waiting for the package that has been with them since the 22nd of december and was supposed to be delivered the 23rd😂. Twice sent me that the item was in delivery (31st and yesterday) and none of them arrived. No one answers the phone and I send them every single day an email and just answer me every 5 days that they are doing their possible. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY THEY’RE A SCAM.
