Thank you so much to the delivery driver,who followed my instructions to put parcel in a black sack.A massive thank you to him for putting the 2 Amazon parcels in the sack too.(they had been left in the rain).He went above and beyond his duty.A real star.
I used DHL as a seller on eBay, and they were supposed to come and collect the parcel from me. I am giving them a one star review because of the following things: (1) You only get to choose a day when they will come, not a time slot (2) After they assign to a timeslot which corresponds to their convenience, you don't have any kind of tracking to know exactly when they will arrive to pick up the parcel (3) They don't come to collect the parcel when they say they will - not during the timeslot they said, not even on the day they said (4) When they fail to show up to collect the parcel, they don't contact you to give you a new day and time for the collection (5) if you try to call customer service, you can't speak to a human being (6) there is no way to complain (7) they send incorrect messages to buyers about when the item will be delivered - they told the buyer the item would be delivered TODAY when they haven't even come to my house to collect the item yet.I am having to message the buyer who bought my item on eBay to explain what is going on, and I am sitting at home without music on close to the front door waiting for DHL to come and get the parcel and I have literally no idea when they will show up, and there is no one at DHL I can speak to to find out. When I phoned customer service, after I entered all the information on the keypad as requested by the automated voice, the automated voice told me "Your parcel will be collected today." But how do I know that is true? And at what time?This review is based on my experience today and yesterday and also on an experience with a previous parcel last month where exactly the same thing happened.
