Overall service is great, however our first Currier driver from gls was a very bad service and seems like he did not care about service, fast forward a month he left and now we have John as our Currier driver and he is so much better at giving a great service.
Excellent service!!! I am actually quite taken aback considering the amount of hardship I have received from other courier companies. It was an absolute joy to have my parcel handed to me. The driver also drove up the driveway and to top it all off I was greeted with a smile. The driver was extremely friendly and polite. Nothing was an issue.I will definitely be recommending GLS courier services to my colleagues and friends. Thank you so much for such a great service. I sincerely appreciate it. Kind regards, Edel
I contacted Bolt and Jacob my representative contacted me to go over information about the company and how it works. He was friendly, respectful and detailed. After we had the conversation, he offer to follow up. He kept me up to date by sending me emails by informing about promotional offers about becoming a member. I decided to go ahead and take one of the offers which was going to expire in 03/25/2022 and I am now a new member. After enrollment, he follow up by contacting by phone and email and welcoming me to the company. He continued by guiding me though the process step by step. He was helpful, I didn't feel lost. He followed up with a mini meeting to help me navigate through the system, he was very deligent. He made me feel part of the team and welcome. I am happy to have him as my representative, would definitely recommend him. :)
