Commercial laptop, over 2,5k.Out of the box audio issue - have to refresh any video after 10-20 minutes because of audio delay.For OVER A YEAR they are not able to help. Over and over, calling and calling, taking weeks to answer - all of that on extended warranty.Worst experience ever, I am miserable using their product and I regret ever getting it.

Excellent service. I had a small issue with a delivery which was rectified very quickly. First off how refreshing to be able to contact a delivery company over the phone. The person I dealt with was very helpful and my issue was resolved in a few minutes. DPD and Fastway could learn a lot from GLS.

Overall I was happy with Solar who called me when he was nearly here as I requested. He was polite & helpful. I was relieved that my parcel was here as I couldn't track it all morning due, to being given the wrong Company Name. So it all worked out in the end.

Very poor, rejected the claim for my egr valve even though it’s covered under my warranty , said it was due to terms and conditions .Also very unprofessional took far too long to reply to my claim insisting that the garage hadn’t submitted the diagnosis when actually it was on the system and they just hadn’t bothered to check even after ringing them twice , I am now having to Persue other routes to try get them to pay out as they have broken the contract agreement.
