Review Time
We have had 3 x attempted deliveries stating we are not in but we are. We also have proof on our 11 x CCTV cameras that no attempt has happened.MUCH LATER.......Managed to find a customer service number eventually and hopefully should be sorted now.
I booked a priority delivery,at extra cost to myself.I had a message saying delivery would be between 1640hrs and 1840hrs.It did not arrive.At 1935hrs i had an email saying a delivery attempt had been made but there was no reply.I was sat downstairs and heard no knock at my door.So,i checked my security camera and discovered this was a lie.Very unprofessional service that does not reflect well on the companies relying on them to deliver their items.
Excellent communication, keeping me informed every step of the way about where and when the package would arrive. And it was received with a big smile and eye contact from the delivery person – that's always appreciated 🙂
I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. I ordered a musical instrument online from another EU country on November 27. The parcel traveled through several countries in one week but stalled in France on December 6 with no updates for a week. The next update came from Ireland, where the parcel reached the center on December 15, but the same status persisted a week later. Then, silence until January 8. Meanwhile, the customer support team did not respond to my emails and was unreachable by phone. I contacted the seller to check if the parcel was lost or returned. Miraculously, the next day I got an update that my parcel was out for delivery. I stayed home all day to ensure I wouldn’t miss it, but the driver never contacted me, despite having my phone number. He left the box in front of my door without ringing the bell. I suppose I should feel fortunate that the item arrived and wasn't stolen. In summary, it took nearly a month for the delivery within the country, and the driver carelessly left an expensive item on the street without notifying me. As others have mentioned, I will be avoiding services that use this courier in the future.
Dreadful service; I have not received the parcel over a month later. It takes an hour to reach a customer service agent, who can't provide any details. Nobody responds to emails asking for information. I still have no idea when my package will arrive. This company should never be used.
Possibly the worst delivery service imaginable. Five tickets open with no response. The parcel has been out for delivery since 10 AM. Nearly 12 hours later, still no package. I spent an hour in a call queue this morning to confirm the package was on its way. It's baffling how they still operate. They always have excuses that no other courier would use. Nothing causes me more stress than seeing "the company has your package" in my emails. I urge any business to avoid using this service as it reflects poorly on them.
Appalling service. Ordered from a retailer on December 27, and it was only delivered today. The company never responded to emails. I called multiple times but was always far down the waiting list. I never managed to speak to anyone. I started to think they had gone out of business.
