Very unprofessional.

Dear Customer Service Team,

I am writing to express my concern regarding an order I placed yesterday, which has still not been delivered to the recipient. I attempted to follow up several times after 6.30 p.m. as I did not receive any update regarding the delivery status.

During a call I made around 9.10 p.m., one of your agents informed me that the order would be delivered within 30–45 minutes. However, even after waiting for more than an hour, I did not receive any update. I then called again and was connected to another agent.

During my last call, I was informed that the delivery could not be completed because the recipient did not answer the phone. However, to my understanding, in such situations the sender should also be contacted and informed about the unsuccessful delivery attempt. Unfortunately, I did not receive any such communication.

Additionally, during my final call, the agent who answered the phone stopped responding while the call was still connected, and I could hear background office noise. This experience was unprofessional and disappointing, especially considering the reputation of your company.

I have records of these interactions. While I hope this matter can be resolved professionally, I expect a proper explanation and prompt resolution to this issue.

Please look into this matter urgently and provide me with an update on the status of my order.

Misleading Advertisements and Poor Customer Service

I ordered some posters that were labeled as "vintage," but what I received were just reproductions. When I reached out to the customer service team, they didn't even recognize the misleading nature of their listings. I've been a customer since 2004, but this disappointing experience and their complete disregard for customer satisfaction will make me reconsider my loyalty. The representatives definitely need to improve their approach to marketing.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Order Fulfillment

I placed an order on 6th December for a cake, trimmer, and flower bouquet. Initially, the order was confirmed, and I was asked to make the payment only after that. Trusting the confirmation, I paid the full amount.
After receiving my payment, I was then informed that the trimmer was unavailable and was asked to select alternatives. This is completely unacceptable. If the item was not in stock, the order should never have been confirmed or payment accepted. The trimmer was the key item, and this situation ruined the entire purpose of my order.
I immediately requested a refund for the trimmer. The price breakdown is as follows:
• Cake – LKR 7,391
• Trimmer – LKR 20,423
• Flower bouquet – LKR 3,251
• Total item value – LKR 31,065
However, I was charged LKR 33,174, which included an additional LKR 2,109 for delivery or other charges.
As of 23rd December, the refund had still not been processed. Each follow-up yielded the same excuses: “not today,” “tomorrow,” “on Monday,” “on Friday.” This is not what customer service should be — it feels like a deliberate attempt to delay and avoid responsibility.
Even worse, for a trimmer priced at LKR 20,423, I was refunded only LKR 15,890, with no explanation, breakdown, or justification provided. This seems like a wrongful deduction of funds.
The support staff lacks professionalism, offers misleading information, and does not take accountability. Requests to speak with a manager were ignored. Instead of providing a direct contact, I received a generic email address, evidently to evade responsibility. Calls were never redirected to someone who could help.
The service is misleading customers, particularly those overseas, by confirming unavailable items, taking payments, delaying refunds, and making deductions without explanation. This conduct is unethical and dishonest.
If this issue is not promptly resolved, including a complete and justified refund, I will be compelled to leave public reviews, file formal complaints, and escalate to the appropriate consumer authorities. I strongly advise others against using this service for important or time-sensitive orders.

Exceeded expectations with timely delivery!

Initially, I doubted they would deliver my order on time. To my surprise, I placed my order on the evening of December 10th, and even the most reputable delivery services often take longer than 2 days. However, the company performed exceptionally well. I truly appreciate their efforts in making this happen.

Received the wrong item

I ordered a graduation teddy bear without glasses, as shown in the images on the platform, but I got one with glasses instead. I specifically chose the version without glasses, so I'm quite disappointed with this order. I needed it without the glasses. I wouldn't recommend this.
