I purchased matching couple rings for a special occasion: one silver and the other black. My partner wore his for only 13 days (on vacation) and the black one turned almost completely white...extremely poor quality. I emailed them with photos, and they offered to replace it for the same amount I originally spent. I agreed, but the next day my ring broke in two at my desk. I was frustrated because they ruined this special moment, and I spent 70€, expecting better durability. I sent pictures and requested a refund. They promised it within 48 hours, but after four days without it, I followed up. They claimed they couldn't process it due to account issues (which I didn't understand). I verified my credit card details and offered further assistance. They responded that they would attempt again but it would take time, and I had to email for updates about the refund. Are you serious? I advise staying away from this platform; the quality is poor, and they mishandle customer service.
