I would like to say a huge thank you to gold medal agent Claire Paterson. On Saturday we managed to get a 50k booking over the line for 9 people going to Antigua.Claire was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable from the start.Claire responded to my emails very fast and even provided me a quote on her day off.On the booking day we ran into a problem with one of the flights and Claire was amazing with looking at all the different options.I would 100% recommend gold medal but specifically Claire.Thank you again.(from issy @ hays travel bedford)
Hi Chris, Cc Hannah,I have just spoken to my clients back from their trip to Hong Kong, Bangkok and Singapore.I am so pleased to report that they had a brilliant time and said Destination Asia were faultless. All pick ups, tours and transfers were on time and the guide was so helpful, which is great news as you may remember I had problems with my other clients when we used them for Singapore and Vietnam last February.They loved the Hyatt Hotel in Hong Kong. The Innside by Melia in Bangkok was good with great food/breakfast. However they found this hotel to be a bit far out of the city for them as two ladies to go out and walk around on their own. Also the room there was quite small and they had a large shower room but with no basin and the basin was in the bedroom which they thought was strange. This is only a small criticism however as they really enjoyed Thailand. They also liked the Robertson House in Singapore and found this most central where they could go out and wander around. All in all, no complaints and I just want to give you this feedback as I am so pleased everything went well for them and they did have a great time.Thankyou again Chris for all your hard work on this one and speak again soon for the next enquiry hopefully soon.Thankyou Carol Smith- Your Holiday Booking

This week I had support from Rhys Roberts in helping me secure a lovely Australia Cruise Plus booking where he was able to get Princess Cruises to open up a Solo Cabin that wasn't showing. Their flexibility when supporting homeworkers who don't work a standard 9-5 is appreciated and definitely helps when choosing a supplier to work with.
