After six months of utilizing the service, I had a follow-up meeting with their Solutions Architect. The representative was incredibly helpful and well-informed, swiftly understanding our challenges, and was refreshingly candid about the absence of solutions in some areas. We successfully addressed two out of our three issues and gained valuable insights into stock management.
Support from Cin7 is always helpful and if a solution to an issue can't be immediately resolved they always follow up after taking the necessary time to find out a solution or work-around. It's not always a Cin7 issue but rather operator error or mis-understanding. The support team will take the time to explain and solve the issue. There are also numerous ways to contact support or contact if and when needed.
Horrible customer service and experience. You need to schedule a meeting just to cancel your subscription plus wait 30 days so you have to pay for an additional month (very expensive). The meeting is clearly just a road block to stop you from cancelling and delaying your 30 day cancellation notice. Very unethical behavior and would never work with this company again.
Decent software, but they continually increase prices with little to no notice — sometimes by as much as $100 per month — and expect customers to simply accept it since switching providers is difficult.On top of that, they will go out of their way to avoid paying any referals.
We trusted CIN7 to help manage our business systems — but what we got was a barely usable platform, no support, and no accountability. We didn’t complete onboarding and never got value from the service, yet they’ve refused to refund us.Repeated follow-ups have been met with silence. Be cautious if you’re a small business — once they have your payment, it seems support stops.
Cin7 is a great ERP for ecommerce. We've used a few systems, but Cin7 is the best of all. Implementation was fairly straight froward. Inventory control is great. We use serialized inventory and it keeps us dialed in on bigger-ticket items. Reporting functionality is really solid.
