Never had a problem with bookings. I see a lot in regards to getting refunds etc. I luckily haven’t had to experience that and have never had to use customer service.

I have always loved using Golfnow for many years great course options although dwindling somewhat and good prices which are increasing even beyond the price of a green fee at the course itself. The big bug bearer is your points earned per round as they have proof to be of no value and unusable but no matter how many times I have tried to use them for annual membership they are unusable and expire so please refer to the previous method where points earned where given as a deduction of an upcoming round.
Very poor service. Unable to contact anyone i finally got onto a live chat who said the case would be escalated. Gave me a reference number has since emailed several times had no response to this. I essentially got charged twice for a booking and have still not received a refund
Appalling RIP Off - This site takes your fee quickly enough but when a course is closed due to bad weather getting a refund is akin to platting fog. To add insult to injury if you ever can reach a human , you will find you will never receive a full refund as a “ circa £12 admin fee” will be deducted. There will be other mechanisms to book the course of your choice. Just don’t use this one
I've trusted Golfnow for a year now. But when I needed them, they showed their true colours. Golf course was closed, due to weather. I rang customer service for a refund credit. No answer and no callback. Scandalous professionalism
You can't trust this company, the have a disgraceful booking process. There was a policy saying a tee-time could be cancelled within 24hours on the booking, and still is, but despite the fact that I tried to do so their system wouldn't allow the cancellation and they've now refused to refund me because the course has a 7-day cancellation! Well if that's the case then DONT PUT A 24HOUR cancellation policy in the booking! And given that you did, have the decency to refund people who you misled.
