Fraud! Scam! Avoid this leech!
Their 10gbps plan is 100 times slower than my old StarHub 1gbps plan with 6 year-old routers! On top of that, internet service is always intermittent or non existent.
I inputted my credit card details on my account but when they failed to debit due to their system fault, my service was deactivated and I had to pay $80 to restore service, TWICE!
Customer service refused to investigate when I pointed out the problem, keep repeating that it is their right to bill me! Never called back when I asked for manager or raised technical issues.
When I asked to cancel the service, I was coldly told that I can pay up for the rest of the contract period, and
can bring down my router to their office to speed up the process. Damn bad!

It feels like I'm speaking to a wall. My internet has been down for two weeks, and despite numerous empty promises for a callback, I've received nothing. The service remains down, and I'm still paying for a subpar experience. This provider doesn't even deserve one star!
The service outsourced the job to an unprofessional technician who struggled to connect the modem or router for residential properties. They seemed unable to troubleshoot effectively. Even after re-signing for a lower internet plan, the billing continued at the previous rate, so customers should verify their monthly bills to avoid overpayment. Customer service was not efficient; the outsourced answering service from another country had representatives who spoke too quickly and were hard to understand.

My internet has been dropping out for over three months without resolution. I requested to cancel my contract and receive a refund for the upfront payment. The company has been deceptive and slow in their response. I still have not received a functional internet service or my refund.
I had a very unpleasant experience. I needed a replacement for an old unit, but support insisted everything was fine on their end while I had no service. They promised a next-day replacement but then changed their story and delayed it. I was left relying on mobile data because they couldn't manage the situation properly. Regardless of the cost, basic competence and communication should be essential. This entire experience has been slow and frustrating, feeling more like dealing with a script than real support.
