Communication delays

We initially applied 9/17/2025 to Goodstack and experienced several delays in response including requests for additional information.A month later, after several emails between our nonprofit and Goodstack, we received a notice that due to unknown reasons our nonprofit wasn't approved and the recommendation was to reapply.
