Positive Goodstack Customer Service experience

I had a zoom call this morning with the customer service lead. He was knowledgeable, thorough and thoughtful in his responses with me. He answered my questions to satisfy me as to the position of Goodstack policies. I hope in the near future, that Goodstack and Google Workspace will see that there needs to be some policy changes/clarification in regard to Non-Profits in the US.

I provided non-profit status to…

I provided non-profit status to Goodstack three times, yet was rejected by Auth0 as being a non-profit. We started our non-profit in 2011 and have been verified in Canada, the US, through TechSoup, Benevity, and CRA (Canada Revenue Agency). My negative review garnered some support from Goodstack and they reviewed what I'd sent in on the fourth time and I got a follow up conversation. We are finally recognized as a nonprofit.

Verification review successful

Customer care service agents responded respectfully and kept their promise of reviewing my documents in 72 hours.Goodstack rejected my status because they couldn't verify my connection with the Nyatepe Family Association LBG.I filled an appeal for documents review on 18 March 2025 and presented additional documents. This yielded the result I desired. My status has now been approved.
