My experience with Goodstack was a positive one. The application process was easy and I appreciated their due diligence in verifying our non-profit status and my association with the non-profit. Their communication with me was timely and efficient. Fortunately we were able to provide all the necessary documentation as requested and we were approved. As a result, we're excited to be a part of the mission to do good on a global scale through Goodstack.
They provided detailed and friendly explanations regarding the approval process for nonprofit status and the additional document requests. I especially appreciated that they informed me of the application results and the expected processing time.

BEWARE! this company seems to be a shady company and possibly a con. I tried to register a nonprofit organisation with them, but despite everything being bonafide they refused the application, giving no reason for doing so and refused to communicate regarding the reason for doing so. Very difficult to get hold of in any event. Know of another organisation that had a similar problem and felt Goodstack are not what they say they are. The good reviews are likely to have been written in-house. Be very careful if you decide to deal with them.
